Es un vehículo no motorizado de una o más ruedas, propulsado exclusivamente por una o más personas situadas en él. Se encuentran en esa categoría, por ejemplo, las bicicletas y los triciclos. Hay algunos ciclos que sí pueden tener un motor auxiliar, pero debe ser eléctrico. Su potencia máxima debe ser de 0,25 kilowatts, en los que la alimentación sea reducida o interrumpida cuando el vehículo alcanza una velocidad máxima de 25 kilómetros por hora o antes si el ciclista termina de pedalear o propulsarlo. ¿Qué se entiende por bicicleta, según la ley? Es un Ciclo de dos ruedas cuyos pedales transmiten el movimiento a la rueda trasera, generalmente por medio de un plato, un piñón (rueda pequeña de un engranaje) y una cadena. ¿Qué es ciclovía? Ciclovía es el espacio destinado al uso exclusivo de bicicletas y otros ciclos. Es una Línea transversal a la calzada demarcada antes de un cruce regulado con semáforo, que determina el inicio de la zona de espera especial para conductores de ciclos o motocicletas. ¿Qué es un triciclo motorizado de carga? Es un vehículo motorizado de tres ruedas destinado exclusivamente al transporte de carga. La capacidad de carga de estos vehículos no podrá superar los 300 kilos de peso. No podrán transportar personas en los espacios destinados a carga. Los triciclos destinados al transporte de carga no podrán circular por autopistas y autovías. ¿Qué exigencia se hace a las escuelas de conductores? Las Escuelas deberán promover el conocimiento, respeto y cuidado de los derechos y deberes de los peatones, ciclistas y conductores de otros ciclos. ¿En qué consistirá la revisión técnica de los triciclos de carga motorizados? No, no se pueden detener ni estacionar. ¿Los peatones pueden permanecer en las ciclovías? No. No podrán permanecer en las ciclovías. ¿Quién regula las ciclovías? El Ministerio de Transportes y Telecomunicaciones mediante un reglamento regula las condiciones de gestión y seguridad de tránsito que deben cumplir las ciclovías. Se trata de los requisitos de diseño y características técnicas con las que deben planificarse, implementarse y mantenerse las ciclovías. Los ciclos deberán transitar por las ciclovías. Si no hay ciclovías, transitarán por la pista derecha de la calzada. Solo se aceptan excepciones cuando se adelanta a otro vehículo o cuando el tránsito por la pista derecha esté impedido. Si hay una pista exclusiva para buses a la derecha, en las vías que tienen sólo una dirección, los ciclos deberán circular por el costado izquierdo de la pista izquierda. Si son vías bidireccionales, esta disposición se aplicará sólo en caso de existir bandejón central o mediana (franja divisoria entre dos vías). ¿Pueden circular las bicicletas por la vereda? Las bicicletas y otros ciclos no deben circular por la vereda, aunque existen excepciones. Lo pueden hacer a velocidad moderada y respetando a los peatones: Los conductores que sean adultos mayores o menores de 14 años, si no hay ciclovía. Si circulan con niños menores de 7 años. Si los conductores son personas con discapacidad o movilidad reducida. Cuando existiendo una ciclovía, las condiciones de ésta o de la calzada, o las condiciones climáticas hagan peligroso continuar. Cuando la circulación por la ciclovía o la calzada se vea imposibilitada, el conductor del ciclo podrá utilizar excepcionalmente la acera. Debe respetar siempre la prioridad del peatón y de los vehículos que ingresen a las edificaciones o emerjan de éstas. El desplazamiento deberá efectuarlo a velocidad de peatón, alejado de las edificaciones o cierres, y si el flujo peatonal es muy alto deberá descender del ciclo. ¿Qué debe hacer el conductor de una bicicleta o ciclo en un cruce peatonal? Deberá detenerse antes del cruce y atravesarlo a velocidad reducida, respetando siempre la prioridad del peatón, a velocidad de peatón. Si el flujo peatonal es muy alto, deberá descender del ciclo. ¿Qué deberes tienen los conductores de bicicletas y otros ciclos? Conducir atento a las condiciones del tránsito, sin utilizar elementos que dificulten sus sentidos de visión y audición. Conducir un ciclo equipado con al menos un sistema de freno que sea eficaz. En caso de transportar menores de 7 años, el conductor deberá ser mayor de edad. En caso de utilizar un sistema de remolque autorizado para el transporte de personas, animales o mercancías, el conductor deberá ser mayor de edad. ¿Dónde se pueden estacionar bicicletas? Preferentemente en los lugares habilitados para ello, dejando en todos los casos un espacio para la libre circulación de peatones. Queda prohibido aferrar por cualquier medio las bicicletas en zonas reservadas para carga y descarga en la calzada en el horario dedicado a dicha actividad. Tampoco se pueden aparcar en zonas de estacionamiento para personas con discapacidad, en zonas de estacionamiento prohibido conforme señalización, en paradas de transporte público y en pasos de peatones. ¿Qué plazo se da para adaptar las ciclovías? Tres años, contado desde la dictación del reglamento respectivo. ¿Qué pasa con los triciclos motorizados que ya circulan? Los triciclos motorizados de carga que se encuentren circulando tendrán el plazo de seis meses para obtener el certificado de revisión técnica respectivo, inscribirse en el Registro de Vehículos Motorizados del Servicio de Registro Civil e Identificación y obtener su placa patente única.

Eagles – Their Greatest Hits (1971–1975) has recently surpassed Michael Jackson’s Thriller as the number-one best selling album of all time. The soundtrack albums The Bodyguard, Saturday Night Fever, and Grease: The Original Soundtrack are also up there with the 10 best selling albums ever. Some stats: Five out of the top ten best selling albums in the world were all released during the seventies, the most albums in the 50 by decade goes to the nineties with 16 albums, just beating the eighties with 15. Only two albums from the sixties made it and British artists make up only 15 places on the list. Celine Dion has three albums, The Beatles, Pink Floyd, Britney Spears, Madonna, Eminem, Adele and Michael Jackson all have two albums each in the list. Santana – Supernatural (1999) 30m The band’s first number-one album since Santana III 28 years earlier, for his eighteenth studio album Carlos Santana wanted to focus his musical direction towards pop and radio friendly material and proceeded to do so by collaborating with various contemporary guest artists, including Eric Clapton, Rob Thomas, Eagle-Eye Cherry, Lauryn Hill, Dave Matthews and Cee-Lo Green. It reached number-one in eleven countries, including the US for 12 non-consecutive weeks. In the Netherlands, the album used to hold the record for longest run ever on the Dutch Album chart with 269 weeks (non-consecutive) but lost it to Adele’s 21 in 2016. 20. Bruce Springsteen – Born In The U.S.A. 1984) 30m The seventh studio album by American rock singer-songwriter Bruce Springsteen produced seven top-10 hit singles and was promoted with a worldwide concert tour by Springsteen. The title track was much misunderstood, accused of being repulsively nationalistic, and viciously Anti-American, the track was endorsed by conservative US politicians as an exemplar of “classic American values” whilst the bitter lyrics actually tell the story of disaffected Vietnam veteran. MQA son las siglas de Master Quality Autenticated (Calidad Máster Autentificada, en español). Una tecnología de codificación de audio que logra archivos de pequeño tamaño – hasta una décima parte de los Hi-Res convencionales – y pueden reproducirse alcanzando calidad HD. Con un “MQA Core Decoder“ (Decodificador básico MQA) se alcanza una resolución de entre 88.2kHz or 96kHz, equivalente al nivel de acceso 1 del esquema Music Origami. Yo tengo los Velodyne Vtrue, el bajo es sorprendente, venia con dos juegos de cables desmontables, pero ambos cables murieron a los pocos meses, contacte al fabricante pero jamas me respondió, traje unos cables clones de Ebay, pero sonaban mas fomes,. pelea del santo grial y los cables. Ahi estan durmiendo...
