Le pegué una leída rápida, en la noche lo haré como corresponde. Sin embargo de lo que pude cachar es que los estudios son aún bastante escasos y por lo tanto las conclusiones no son muy "concluyentes" (valga la redundancia).

Es natural que después de "legalizar" suba el porcentaje de consumo, es la novedad del año. Pero acá se pretende despenalizar el cultivo, no legalizarla. Deberán haber controles mas estrictos para los menores de la edad que se determine.
