Laa canciones del disco Bonus Content son muy buena. Dejó las canciones más “artísticas” o menos poperas para ese disco. Muy bueno

Pucha. De los comentarios pareciera que se valora más a Wilson como mezclador que como músico. A mi personalmente este último disco no me gustó mucho en clave prog...pero si le gusta en clave pop (y ahí si que no cacho nada de nada, no es mi mundo, como el metal extremo).
Creo firmemente que Wilson es un excelente músico y que además hizo buenas remasterizaciones de álbumes clásicos. Si se piensa bien, remasterizó casi puras sandías caladas y les dió SU lectura: quizás sea el simil de las que hacen los directores de la música escrita (creo que estiro mucho el chicle con la analogía pero para que se entienda).
Wilson tiene a su haber 3 álbumes excepcionales sin ninguna duda, con formaciones de él, con sangre Wilsoniana: Fear of a Blank Planet e In Absentia, de PT y el The Raven that Refused to Sing.
A mí personalmente me encantan los dos primeros de Blackfield y si agregamos el Deadwing...
No sé, son siete trabajos tremendos...no seamos mezquinos con el buen Wilson

Si igual todos lo criticamos y al final compramos altiro cualquier cosa que saque.

Trató de diferenciarse mucho de Gilmour (para qué?) y al final es más un showcase de sus habilidades técnicas que el tocar para la canción

Por otra parte, muy buen trabajo en los vientos de Mel Collins

Se come con zapatos a la original. MUCHÍSIMO MEJOR. Suena muy al estilo Porcupine Tree, y sin los innecesarios y ridículos 9 minutos

Just announced as a special edition, being sold only in Japan (presumably due to licensing/release agreement), is a very interesting package celebrating the 50th anniversary of Pink Floyd's pair of concerts at Fuji-Hakone-Izu National Park, Hakone, Japan - the band's first in that country.

The background to the release is this: an original 16mm film of Atom Heart Mother from the 1971 Hakone Aphrodite shows was recently discovered. A long time was spent digitizing, restoring and remastering, and to mark the 50th anniversary of the '71 Hakone Aphrodite event, a special edition (a two disc set of a CD and Blu-ray) of Atom Heart Mother will be released on August 4, 2021 in Japan.

The Blu-ray disc contains the restored footage of Atom Heart Mother, showing the band on stage performing the song, and travelling around Japan, together with some additional bonus footage of Pink Floyd's crew, setting up the show, dealing with issues, etc., which hasn't been seen before.

The pack comes with a 60-page photo book with never-seen-before photos, a reproduction programme, flyer, poster and ticket reprint which all looks great! More details can be found at PinkFloyd.jp, although if you can't read Japanese you'll need to use Google Translate or similar.
