[escultor 130]

Me llego este amp, es una pieza "rara", para variar
Me intereso su linaje y que fue hecho a los finales de los 80, ademas usa los trafos del citation II ( muy afamados )
La respuesta de frequencia y harmonicos bastante buenas pero para mi gusto suena brillante, mucho detalle y separacion... tiene un tubo diferente
a los otros y no mantiene el bias, ademas tiene 12ax7 rusas, vere como lo "amanso"

Muy ricos esos amps.
El que más me gustó esra el mc-225, en monos los mc30 y de la serie de cine con marca Westrex el 26-c con 6bg6 .

Lindo ampli escultor, de verdad q tiene aires a MC, será por el corte lateral del chasis. Cuenta mas, cuantos watts da? Felicitaciones, me encantaría tener hartos amplis para rotar.

Bueno el ampli es de autoria de Bruce Moore y Scott Frankland

BRUCE MOORE AUDIO DESIGN Milestones:

SCOTT FRANKLAND

Scott Frankland is not a newcomer to the high-end audio industry. Scott founded MFA with Bruce Moore decades ago. The MFA preamps and amplifiers are still legendary in audiophile circles. Head over to Audiogon and search for used MFA equipment and you will see how well these products have retained their value after 20 years or more. In fact, the phono stage found in the MFA MC Reference preamplifier - a Stereophile A-rated component (Stereophile, 17:1, Jan 1994, pp 100-103) - provided the seed for what has become today's Wavestream Kinetics Archival Phono Stage.

Estos compadres diseñaron el preamp MFA Luminescence muy aclamado en su momento y todavia buscado
El amp esta muy bien construido,tiene 75 watt por canal , es un push pull 6550, tiene un ajuste de bias individual para cada tubo de poder, ajuste de AC por canal, usa los trafos del Harman Kardon Citation ( muy buenos ) lo que
eventualmente me permitiria hacer algunas pichicatas a lo "carver" y su citation modificado y tiene una esteticamuy buena, a lo "lucas film"
Mi primera impresion de sonido ... muy buena separacion, excelente detalle y buen poder pero lo encuentro un poco brillante y "duro".... habra que tunearlo dentro de lo posible antes de la impresion final , casi no lo he escuchado

chuuu entonces era verdad lo del bedini!!!!!!!! que suerte poder tener esos amps hechos por grandes ingenieros y mas encima científicos
